Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

* You can refund a product within 7 days if not used.

* Defective products will be sent to factory for guarantee or repair.

* We can only refund if product is in original packaging when purchased.

* Refunds might take up to 7 days.

* Electronic spares may not be refunded.

* No borrowing of spares for faultfinding.

* Proof of purchase ( Invoice ) will be needed for any refunds/exchanges.

* Items damaged by lightning or any act of nature may not be refunded.
